Good morning, everyone, and welcome to this Health Net, Incorporated Third Quarter 2011 Conference Call. Today's call is being recorded. At this time, I would like to turn the call over to Angie McCabe, Vice President of Investor Relations. Please go ahead, ma'am.
Angie McCabe
Thank you, Kristen. Good morning and thank you all for joining for a discussion of Health Net's third quarter 2011 results. During this call, we will make forward-looking statements are subject to certain risks and uncertainties. Risk factors that may impact those statements and could cause actual future results to differ materially from currently expected results are described in our filings with the SEC, as well as the cautionary statements in our press release issued in advance of this call.
In today's call, we will refer to adjusted days claims payable, which excludes reserves from health plan services expenses related to the company's capitation, provider and other claim settlements and Medicare stand-alone Prescription Drug Plan payables and cost. This adjusted metric is not being presented in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles or GAAP. Please refer to today's press release, which is available on the company's website, for a reconciliation of this non-GAAP financial measure with the most directly comparable GAAP financial measure days claims payable.

I think that we stood consistently that we have relatively small amount of CapEx. We have some interest payments, but other than that we do not see other pressing needs for the cash. Your next question if from the line of Tom Carroll with Stifel.

The Mid-Ohio Foodbank to mobilize 4′s Army Fights Hunger Saturday, Nov. 12, at the NBC4 Studios, 3165 Olentangy River Rd. to collect nonperishable food and monetary donations.
Members of the community donated more than four tons of food Saturday as 4′s Army did its part to fight hunger.
In addition to all the food donated during a six-hour period, $17,000 was donated to benefit the Mid-Ohio Foodbank. It’s enough for 60,000 meals!
The station offered thanks to the community for its generous response to community needs.
These companies provided in-kind or cash donations and deserve our thanks: Rewind 103.5/104.3, GJ Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Charter One, Bob Evans, Roosters, Raising Cane’s, Matt Ryan Mobile DJ Entertainment and Paul Peterson Company.
Despite today’s collection, Mid-Ohio Foodbank continues to need donations. Donations will be accepted two ways:

The food drive is just in time for Thanksgiving.

Consider donating non-perishable food items that go with a traditional Thanksgiving meal such as canned green beans or yams, gravy mixes, pie filling, mushroom soup, cranberry sauce, etc.
Mid-Ohio Foodbank lists its essential food needs as: pasta meals in a can, canned fruit, tuna, canned vegetables, canned meat, soup and peanut butter.
“Food is leaving our facility faster than ever before, and we need help from our community to meet this demand as the cold winter months set in and the holidays approach,” said Matt Habash, president and CEO of Mid-Ohio Foodbank.
